Empowering South Asian Youth to Lead the Change
About the Program
The SAAVETX Education Fund College Ambassador Program is designed to empower South Asian college students in Texas to become leaders in civic engagement. Our Leaders will play a crucial role in increasing voter registration, education, and participation within their campuses and local communities. By fostering leadership and advocacy skills, this program aims to create a generation of informed and active citizens.

Responsibilities
Voter Registration Drives: Organize and lead voter registration events on campus.
Educational Workshops: Host workshops to educate peers about the importance of voting and staying informed about elections.
Social Media Advocacy: Use social media platforms to spread awareness and encourage civic engagement.
Community Outreach: Partner with local organizations to extend our outreach efforts beyond campus.
Eligibility Criteria
Enrollment: Must be a currently enrolled college student in Texas.
Commitment: Willing to dedicate 5-10 hours per month to program activities.
Passion: Strong interest in civic engagement and community service.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills or potential.

Provide a Statement of Interest: Write a brief statement (300-500 words) explaining why you want to become a SAAVETX EF College Ambassador and how you plan to contribute to the program.
